Description of the Reverse Graduated ND Filter
From the center position to the top, the 7% area is transition from transparence to the darkest. Then 20% area is the darkest, usually equal to the GND value, eg. 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, etc. Then the next 30% area is transition. The bottom 43% area offers no light reduction.
